As Parlay Collective continues to evolve, we regularly review our internal structure, service delivery, and client experience to ensure long-term success for both our clients and our team. These policies outline our expectations related to contracts, services, payments, and fulfillment beginning January 1, 2026.
We value the trust placed in Parlay Collective and have established these policies to support clarity, consistency, and sustainable growth while maintaining the quality and integrity of our work.
Initial Contracts
All new client engagements begin with a 120-day initial contract term. This period allows adequate time to establish strategy, implement systems, gather performance data, and deliver meaningful results.
Contract Renewals
Parlay Collective does not offer 6-month renewal terms. Clients may renew services under either a 9-month or 12-month agreement to support continuity and long-term performance. Collaboraiton Management are strictly 12 month term.
Notice of Non-Renewal
Clients wishing to discontinue services at the conclusion of their contract term must provide written notice no later than 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Early Termination and Service Reductions
All contracts are binding for the full agreed-upon term. Early termination is not permitted. Requests to reduce services may only be made at the time of renewal. Service reductions are not available mid-contract.
Service Modifications and Add-ons
Requests for additional services require an implementation period of 15 to 30 days, depending on the scope. This ensures proper integration into existing strategies and workflows.
Collaboration Services
Collaboration and influencer management services require extended planning, outreach, and execution timelines. These services are offered exclusively under 12-month agreements and are not eligible for the 120-day initial contract structure. Early termination or mid-term service reductions are not permitted.
Service Pricing
Pricing reflects professional execution, platform standards, and proven workflows. Pricing has been rounded for clarity and operational alignment and does not represent a reduction in service quality.
Service Integrity
All services are delivered in full according to established processes. Services cannot be split, halved, or partially executed. Reduced scope execution compromises performance and is not offered.
Payments and Currency
All pricing is listed and processed in U.S. Dollars. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of services and digital deliverables, all sales are final once work has commenced or files have been delivered. Refunds are not issued for digital services or retainers.
Physical products, when applicable, are eligible for replacement or refund only if damaged or incorrect and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are shipped domestically via USPS or UPS. Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Standard fulfillment timelines range from 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for unused physical items and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Recurring service agreements require a 60-day written notice when applicable. No partial refunds are issued for services already rendered or for the current billing cycle.
Promotional Terms
Any promotional pricing, discounts, or trial services will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Eligibility requirements and terms are confirmed before any transaction is processed.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe using HTTPS encryption and monitored for fraud prevention. Parlay Collective does not store payment data on its servers.

Personal and business information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and industry standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and usage.
